We received my replacement ring over the weekend ( It only took a few days from the day ordered). We wanted to take the time to say thank you kindly for making a replacement ring so fast and the exact same as the first. When my ring got taken it was a devastating event. Even though it is laughed about now in our family because it only proves the quality of your work, it was hard to take. I called in and had some additional changes made to the ring...the extra cost should have been $20. It looks like the transaction failed.
