We expect that there may be a need for Customers to return items to us under some circumstances. The following information will help you ensure this process is completed as quickly as possible.

You may request a refund on items for any reason, however custompromiserings.com must be given an opportunity to resolve any motions for a refund. Customer would need to return product items to resolve any issue regarding purchase.
Product defects or mistakes made by custom promise rings will be dealt with at no charge to customer. Resolution should be made within 30 days of sale or refund may be void. Due to the business of personalizing customer rings or other products these products or rings cannot be resold. Refunds are limited to half the product purchase price not including shipping charges.
You may return solid 10k or 14k gold items for any reason. We must receive the returned items within 30 days of sale. Due to the business of personalizing customer rings or other products these products or rings cannot be resold. Refunds are limited to half the product purchase price not including shipping charges. Refunds on two tone gold rings will not include the added two tone labor charge.
Any charge backs to utah gold & silver will automatically cancel all terms of this
return policy due to service fees and could result in No money back upon settlement.
Sorry but there are no refunds for orders placed by money order.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you are waiting for items from Utah Gold & Silver that you think may be overdue, please check the expected delivery times first. Your order confirmation will advise you of the expected time to create your custom order and estimated time in transit. If you have received an e-mail advising you that your order has been shipped and you have allowed the proper amount of time for delivery then your package may be lost.
Once you have established that your package was shipped and the delivery period has been exceeded then please advise us by e-mail to sales@utahgs.com. We will track the package for you and advise you of its present status.
What To Do
Once you have determined the need to return any items you must immediately e-mail us at sales@utahgs.com. Please state the reason for return.

In the instance where items are returned for reason 2 above, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and accept the risk of items while in transit. In the case of returns for reason 3, the cost of return postage will be covered by Utah Gold & Silver.
In all instances you should include the following with the items:
The name the order was placed under and the reason for return.
In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
Package the item securely in its original packaging with any additional items that were included.
Then return the package in the best manner suited for the items.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.
