There is an option to a debit card called a bank visa cash card which can be used like a debit card if you don't have the convenience of such as payment method. I understand most walmart stores sell a debit card for any amount that you may wish to add to that card. These cards can be used at most any merchant stores including ours if it can be verified through our online security system. For a more secure shopping experience we recommend this approach. Money orders are of course an alternative to credit cards but sending money orders through the US postal service may become lost or stolen and the burden of proof is on the sender.

4. If I need to change my order how do I do this?

If you need to make a change to your order and have not confirmed your order on line yet you can edit the form by using the back button and entering the revised information. If you have confirmed your order please call 1-866-763-5873 or email sales@utahgs.com as soon as possible within 24 hours.

5. What should I do if my ring doesn't fit?

It is advised that you send your ring back to us to make sure it is sized properly and to maintain The integrity of your ring. Email us your authorization to use your credit card or include a money order in the amount of $25.95 for resizing and priority shipping back to you (2 to 5 days). Don't forget to include new ring size and shipping address.

6. How can I find my finger size?

The best way to find your finger size is to visit a jewelry department of your choosing and have your finger gauged with a professional ring gauge. This should avoid the need to resize your ring and any resizing fee.

Another method for finding your finger size is to wrap a piece of paper or string around the knuckle. Then measure your results with a ruler and refer to the conversion chart by Clicking here.

7. How big is a mm width?

6mm is approximately 1/4"
7mm is approximately 9/32"
8mm is approximately 5/16"
9mm is approximately 3/8"

8. What is a darkened background?

A darkened background is oxidized sterling silver which turns the silver a dark grey or charcoal color on the raised border style ring, leaving the letters and design looking polished and shiny.

9. What are darkened letters?

Darkened letters are oxidized sterling silver leaving the engraving a dark grey to charcoal color on the no border style and stepdown border style rings only.

10. Can I have my own patterns and/or font engraved?

Yes. You can by emailing your request to sales@utahgs.com.

11. How come my finger has turned green?

The "green finger" is an allergic reaction to the sterling silver and happens to a small percentage of people. Solid silver is much too soft to make jewelry from, so the silver has a small amount of copper added in the refining process. The copper is what causes the reaction and generally will disappear in short time. Cleaning your ring and finger with a small amount of baking soda and water will hasten the disappearance of this reaction.
